I made this recently because i was bored and wanted something to do. I was browsing through pictures of David Bowie and i just decided to make this. Basically, Bowie (or Newton) is looking in the mirror, and the reflections in it are all fictional characters that Bowie has played (including Newton himself). But in the little mirror extended from the wall is real David Bowie, i dunno trying to escape from being trapped within an illusion (the illusion being the fictional characters).
Obviously i've got Jareth on there from 'Labyrinth', Thomas Jerome Newton from 'The Man Who Fell To Earth', Screaming Lord Byron from his 'Jazzin' For Blue Jean' video, John from 'The Hunger' (a film which i absolutely detest) and Jack Celliers from 'Merry Christmas Mr Lawrence'. Oh and the real David Bowie is from his video for 'I'm Afraid of Americans'. Be kind - i have no digital or photo-manipulation skills whatsoever |
