I'm right handed. Yes it makes no sense that i do stuff on the right first, i dunno i just draw whatever bit i feel comfortable with at the time. Can't explain it really, i automatically switch to whatever part i want to add to next, without even thinking about it. But it barely smudges because i put a piece of un-marked paper (what i call 'sacrifice paper' because it doesn't stay un-marked for long) to rest my hand on so it doesn't smudge the pencil.

I'm a complicated person...

hahaha fair enough,
i do that too but if its a dark picture i try to go left to right as it smudges easilier.
